Megan took the time to work out the issues we were having with the myBMW app across different regions. Entirely our issue and not something she would regularly deal with for 99% of UK customers, but she took the time to try and sort it for us.

We were given excellent assistance by Jonathan Kidd in completing all the BMW online paperwork. The system is atrociously hard to complete as it keeps crashing or freezing and without his help we would have given up and gone elsewhere.

I was welcomed by Kimberley at reception then my service advisor Faizan took over. I was offered a coffee whilst he attended to the paperwork. The car was booked as a wait appointment for 9am and Faizan returned it to me at 10.30am.

Booked an MOT. The car notifications not reset. I phoned to have this corrected and got passed to another caller,no answer. Tried a few times and just got an answering machine. Message left, still no call back. Quick to get business no after care!

My car wasn't serviced as there was too much charge to test. As I had been having an intermittent fault on the charging it could not be tested.

The whole service experience was excellent. Very quick and easy for me. Shaun Samson looked after me and he was brilliant. He found me somewhere comfy to sit and let me know what was going on and how long was left several times whilst I was waiting.

Very efficient service. Had a precall from service advisor day prior. Paul looked after my vehicle on the day and fully explained my service and health check. Really good video from the technician showing the condition of my brakes and tyres

Unnecessarily difficult when dealing with third party warranty, an issue that I have never had at any other BMW garage in the past or since. Front facing staff were pleasant but 2 days for a diagnostic test is absolutely ridiculous.

Staff from reception to the service department were smart & courteous but more importantly my car was serviced on time and the video of the underside of the vehicle was excellent. The mini valeting of the car was most welcome.

Overall good, but I didn't like the background music in the showroom, which was too loud and intrusive and detracted from the ambience. Also, I don't understand why customers can't go directly to the service reception to check in a car for a service.

I'm very satisfied with Douglas Park Edinburgh. This visit was outstanding thanks to Dawood Iqbal, who managed my Fast Lane service with great care. He promised it would be done in under 2 hours, including spark plug replacement-and delivered exactly

I don't think I've ever experienced such kindness from a sales staff before. Mr Iqbal was incredibly generous and helpful - I'm going through and exceptionally hard time & there were tears but he was so kind, yet so professional. Promotion time!

Was told the price was £140, when i had been quoted £117, but changed to £117 when i pointed this out. Was told a tyre would need to be replaced before i could drive home, at £170. Local tyre fitter said it was fine and did not need replaced.

The technician didn't make sure he had the parts to carry out the service, I would understand if taken to a non dealer they'd have to order in, but a main dealer with no servicing parts? called 3 times to get a price for gearbox service,

Faults not rectified. Little explanation provided of work and diagnostics done. Set-up seems designed to satisfy DP management they have a slick product rather than customers needs actually met. Front desk the notable exception - friendly, helpful.

Surprised I was recommended to have new front brake discs replaced. I had new brake discs fitted by Peter Vardy BMW on 4/4/23. I would have expected genuine BMW parts to last longer than that.
