Excellent service by Zaki and the team. Given different options that I'd asked for, efficient and helpful. One issue with a scratch on the car which was quickly rectified without issue. Zaki was great!

I would say the only downside & its Not from a sales man point Of view it's more from a business point of view was the presentation on the day. BMW Glasgow always have a Red Bow on the cars for anyone picking up there brand new car

Everything was good, wasn't told if I needed a courtesy car i had to book in advance and that made the day a bit harder with having work. Other than that was all good

Took longer than I was told and I had a waiting appointment as unable to get about without the motability car. However, I was kept up to date by the staff member looking after me.

I didn't get any updates during the day or even a phone call to tell me that my car was ready to collect. I had to call them at 5pm to find out what was happening and just managed to get to the dealer before they closed.

We asked them to check one of the tyres as it was losing air. It turned out to be a puncture and they were able to repair it.
