Derek the sales executive was helpful in the selling of our old car and the buying off our new car, he did have a issue trying to add my profile to the new car but he persevered with it until he got it connected.

We were fortunate to have the opportunity to purchase a BMW M135 in Tanzanite Blue. We love the colour. This is the first car that I'll be sharing with my wife. Having visited Jaguar LR, Mercedes and Audi, this the first car that we both agreed on!

Again, from first visit to picking up new car this was seamless process. The BMW centre was excellent, I was really impressed with hospitality and professional approach.

The original anticipated timescale for collection of new car was 2 weeks, however the process took somewhat longer. I was very satisfied with the overall service provided by Megan Fortune and the Douglas Park team.
