Megan took the time to work out the issues we were having with the myBMW app across different regions. Entirely our issue and not something she would regularly deal with for 99% of UK customers, but she took the time to try and sort it for us.

We were given excellent assistance by Jonathan Kidd in completing all the BMW online paperwork. The system is atrociously hard to complete as it keeps crashing or freezing and without his help we would have given up and gone elsewhere.

I don't think I've ever experienced such kindness from a sales staff before. Mr Iqbal was incredibly generous and helpful - I'm going through and exceptionally hard time & there were tears but he was so kind, yet so professional. Promotion time!

Was told the price was £140, when i had been quoted £117, but changed to £117 when i pointed this out. Was told a tyre would need to be replaced before i could drive home, at £170. Local tyre fitter said it was fine and did not need replaced.
