Process was let down by systems failure which meant i was unable to drive away my new car on the day. It was then delivered to me the following day. Disappointing as service had been excellent up until then.

Although the repair to my central locking could not be completed successfully the communication and access to technicians was excellent. My car was in for a week while I was in Spain and at every decision point I had all the information I required.
